INDIVIDUAL SELF REFLECTIONS
"I feel very sad for the African people, because of the injustices and horrors that they suffered under the oppression by the white government. Thankfully though, real leaders like de Klerk and Mandela were able to fight for their rights, no matter what they suffered. This is why i think that this speech is one of the most powerful in the world, and I hope that this will never happen again in the world." Andrew Wu
Let there be justice for all.Let there be peace for all.
Let there be work, bread, water and salt for all.
Let each know that for each the body, the mind and the soul have been freed to fulfill themselves.
Never, never and never again shall it be that this beautiful land will again experience the oppression of one by another and suffer the indignity of being the skunk of the world.
Let freedom reign.
The sun shall never set on so glorious a human achievement!
God bless Africa!
Thank you.- Nelson Mandela

" South Africa has been a nation I've been very interested by, for many reasons. They are one of the nations to have gone through tough civil issues and still prevail united, they have a rising tourism industry, they are very sport crazy (the Proteas, Springboks, soccer teams) and they are very nice people overall. The black injustice and treatment was a very sad sight in history. But as the years went by, South Africans never lost hope and their day came with Mandela's release. This was a great time for the country. He was their father, their hero they rising hope for the future. Watching Invictus (2009) I was shown what it was like to live in a racist nation, but throughout a movie the bond with Afrikaners and blacks got better the country became on to envy. Lately, Mandela has fallen ill and the country is behind him 100%, I hope the country strives to success with the legacy of Mandela :)" ~Zahi Firdous
